VISION

The UP Technology Management Center Library is a haven where knowledge is created, nurtured, and exchanged. Along with the rest of the UPD Libraries, we are committed to providing access to countless resources, services, programs, and facilities in a physical and virtual space.

MISSION

The UP Technology Management Center Library provides support for learning and academic research by continually providing and improving the following:

• An ecosystem that promotes the proliferation of knowledge.
• Service and programs that cater the contemporary needs of students, faculty, alumni, staff, and researchers.
• Collections such as print, digital assets, and other external resources are continuously available and accessible.
• Management, organization, and maintenance of library resources and facilities.
• Personnel who are driven and predominantly conventional.

LIBRARY SCHEDULE

Tuesday to Friday – 9:00am-6:00pm
Saturday – 8:00am-5:00pm
TMC library is closed on Mondays, Sundays and official holidays.

TMC Library is accepting non-UP visitors (UP alumni, government researchers, and private researchers; except S/HS and undergraduate students from other universities) from Tuesday to Friday by appointment only. A referral letter from their company’s librarian or immediate supervisor is required.
